Reading and navigation
The site uses semantic headings, descriptive links, keyboard focus indicators, a skip-to-content link, and layouts that adapt to smaller screens. Text can be enlarged with your browser controls. Decorative icons are hidden from assistive technology; meaningful images have alternative text.
Using the checklist
Each status field and note has a label. Progress describes reviewed items rather than giving a medical score. You can navigate the tool by keyboard, export a CSV worksheet, and print the currently selected view. The print layout removes site navigation and keeps your recorded action notes.
Motion and readability
The site does not require animation, autoplay video, or gesture-only controls. Reduced-motion preferences are respected. Tables can scroll on small screens, and interactive controls retain visible focus states.
Ongoing checks
These design choices do not amount to a formal accessibility certification. We check representative pages and interactions, and will revise issues found through further testing. Browser settings, assistive software, and printed output can vary.
